Executive Team
Daniel von Moltke
CEO
Daniel brings over 20 years experience working with leading organizations in the sustainable finance and impact investing field. Daniel worked as head of asset management with the Symbiotics Group, investing in micro-businesses and SMEs in emerging and frontier economies.
Prior to this, he was senior advisor to Dutch-based Triodos Investment Management and credit officer with the Triodos Bank, financing organic food and renewable energy. Daniel also served as senior investment officer with the Ethos Foundation in Geneva.

Mathilde Gagnebin
CFO
Mathilde previously worked as financial auditor at Mazars, developing expertise in financial analysis and reporting. She also worked with the Trash Free Seas® Program at Ocean Conservancy, a nonprofit organization committed to preserving the ocean’s health.
Based on her experiences in finance and the NGO field, Mathilde has developed a structured and holistic perspective on business approaches.

Shaan Madhavji
Communication & Investor Relations
Shaan is Swiss-Belgian originally from India, passionate about social entrepreneurship and achieving the 17 SDGs.
He has been in the impact space over the past 9 years, ranging from working for a leading accelerator program for teens (The Knowledge Society), an award-winning Swiss impact measurement fintech (Impaakt), to completing the first-ever SDG World Tour of Social Entrepreneurs in 2022 with his venture SDG Impact Stories.

Joëlle Christmann
Co-founder & Chairwoman
Joëlle has a successful track record in start-up management and fast-growing companies. She is the Co-Founder and Chairwoman of RhyVest AG, as well as Peleven AG a leading life science engineering company.
With a strong expertise in Finance, HR and Legal operations, Joëlle has been instrumental in driving Start-Up growth and strategic direction. Joëlle was previously head of Finance, HR & Legal for the DACH Region at Morgan Sindall AG, part of an English listed group, where she spent more than 12 years.

Guillaume Taylor
Vice Chairman
Guillaume has over 30 years of investment finance experience. He started his career as a credit and treasury specialist at Intel Corporation. He then went on to work within the private banking industry with Darier Hentsch & Cie (now Lombard Odier) and as a partner with de Pury Pictet Turrettini & Cie Ltd.
In 2010 he founded Quadia SA, a leading impact investing asset manager.

Mehboob Madhavji
Board Member
A Swiss and Belgian National with Indian roots, Mehboob is a seasoned Private Banker in Geneva. His banking career spans over nearly 40 years, first with Citigroup, then UBS and Rothschild & Co where he is currently a Managing Director.
On a personal basis, Mehboob is also an experienced investor, notably in impact investing. It is in this context that he co-founded the AlphaMundi Group in Zürich.

Simon Nebel
Board Member
Over the past 20 years, Simon was involved in 4 Private Equity vehicles in healthcare and renewable energy as Managing Partner at Aravis with combined assets in excess of USD 300M. These funds invested in over 25 companies of which 19 healthcare companies; 13 healthcare companies either became public companies (SWX, ATX & NASDQ) or were acquired. In 2016 Simon founded Viopas Venture Consulting where he is Managing Partner.
Simon has extensive experience as Board of Directors from public & private companies. He currently holds five Board positions in tech companies.

Giovanna has over two decades of experience in the architecture and interior design industry. She graduated in architecture in Italy from Politecnico di Milano and started her career in Milan collaborating with renowned brands and esteemed architecture studios. Her tenure at Accor Group saw her overseeing new hotel development projects and crafting unique interiors for luxury hotel brands.
After moving to Basel with her family, she worked as a Senior Interior Designer at Tally Weijl Trading AG. In 2021, she founded Interior Pages Ltd in Crans-Montana to spearhead design projects.

Jules holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Environmental Sciences from EPFL and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Energy at the same institution. Passionate about basketball, he played before starting his studies, in the Swiss premier League for the Starwings.
With his scientific expertise and strong passion for innovation, Jules contributes new ideas to the Board and challenges technical projects.
